WHAT COMES IN MY BUNDLE EACH WEEK?

We grow a large and diverse number of different types of vegetables, fruits, and herbs to cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Inside each carefully prepared bundle, you will find a delightful variety selection of seasonal fresh produce, thoughtfully curated based on current availability. These can include a wonderful assortment of vegetables such as crisp broccoli, tender cauliflower, vibrant lettuce, and colorful peppers, as well as delicious fruits like sweet rhubarb, refreshing citrus fruits, juicy blueberries, succulent strawberries, and so much more! We take great care to ensure that each bundle contains a well-balanced mix of items that will be useful and enjoyable for you and your family! Our team selects each and every vegetable variety we grow based on factors such as flavor, abundance of fruit, and adaptability to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT ITEMS ARE COMING?

Each bundle will include a variety of what’s in season, but the specific items may change based on quality, availability, and other factors affecting the harvest.

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT I WILL RECEIVE?

You can’t select the vegetables. The bundle changes each week based on what is fresh and available. We carefully prepare each delivery to provide a healthy mix for you.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost of your bundle is dependent on the size of your order. Derby Grange Homestead offers two different sizes of Bundles, Small for $20, and Large for $40.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Should you choose to cancel your subscription, we cannot offer a refund bundles already received.  We will however, refund the cost of any remaining bundles.  Should you choose not to return the cooler & icepack provided a fee of $30 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us for any further questions or concerns regarding this policy.

Visiting our online store and selecting the bundle you wish to receive.

HOW CAN I CANCEL?

Simply email us at least 3 business days before your next delivery date.

WHAT IF I WANT TO PICK UP MY BUNDLE?

When registering for your bundle, you have the option to conveniently select either delivery or pickup. If this is just a one-time occurrence in which you are looking to change your delivery method for this particular order, please feel free to contact us directly via phone or text message. We will be more than happy to assist you in arranging a pickup at Derby Grange Homestead or the Dubuque Farmers Market. Your satisfaction is our priority!

DO YOU OFFER HOME DELIVERY IN MY AREA?

We offer FREE home delivery to most local area zip codes, please enter your zip code at checkout to view delivery options for your area.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT PICK UP MY BUNDLE?

If you contact our office at least 48 hours prior to your delivery day, we can arrange for an alternative option.

LATE OR MISSED PICK-UP POLICY

Since our fresh produce is perishable, we will make every effort to contact you via phone to ensure a smooth pickup process. However, in the event that we are unable to reach you for any reason, we will donate any vegetable bundles that remain after the designated pickup time window has closed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacement bundles if you happen to be late or miss a scheduled pickup entirely. We appreciate your understanding!
